Well, I have had a good week, Have cut out as much sugar as possible but mainly stuck to what I normally eat, I have got back on my Wii fit, (not a pretty sight) and generally have a little more energy. Managed two dog walks this week, without getting soaked. I have also kept a food diary and a daily record of my weight. Got new weigh scales coming today, which are better than my old ones and will keep a better record.
Start weight 10st 4
Today 10st 2.6
Not a lot but a good start, onward and upward.

Well done quilt addict. You have achieved so much already. My weigh in is tomorrow. Hope to talk to you in the forum some time and see how you progress.
Well done thats a great weight loss. I agree with you about sugar, I have found it best to avoid it at all costs, hoping that my tastes will change as I have a sweet tooth and would murder for a creme egg,....maybe by next year the thought will revolt me - heres hoping! Good luck for next week.
Thanks Green26, don't think that is possible for me. I think my sweet tooth is here to stay, but as long as it is controlled I should be ok. I am going to have a small easter egg this year because I know if I don't I will crave chocolate even more so hopefully this will cure the problem and will be back on the wagon afterwards.
It's a good start, well done. You will find get more support if you join in a weigh day you will find them in events. Click on reply and will go with the thread
That’s a great result. And you have also made great headway in quitting sugar. Congratulate yourself! I’m on a similar course and I’ve had a slip up or two each week but still battling on—-like you!
Thanks Lilaclady24, I am still having the odd slip up but for once I have got rid of the all or nothing attitude and get back on the mindful eating wagon...but yes , it is a battle but one I hope to win this time!
