This was what I had tonight. I also had asparagus and a Greek yogurt on the side. The crust was made with yellow rice and two different types of cheese and fake bacon pieces mixed in. Very good and low carb high protein. There are leftovers for another dinner.πŸ˜€πŸ‘

looks good, I used to fix ham and cheese quiche but with regular pie shell crust , but can't have the pastry shell, can have cauliflower but don't like that very well, so but yours looks very tasty !!!

Thank you! I sometimes use cauliflower for a crust, but we don’t have any right now, so yellow rice was the second best thing for a substitute!πŸ˜€πŸ‘ Really enjoyed it!πŸ˜€πŸ‘

Hey Leah what a great gluten free pizza using yellow rice and cheese for the crust is such a neat idea. It looks and sounds delicious to me so nice one for having left overs. πŸ‘ πŸ˜€
