WONDERFUL WORLD OF TAGINES
These are my recipes for Tagines. Moroccan spiced stew casserole. Like Curries but milder and have added dried fruit. Apricots or Prunes. Use Chickpeas and Couscous or Bulghar wheat. Simple easy great to use Slow Cooker use whole joints Chicken and cover in spices slow cook melting. Blends in the shops

My version of Greek salad
I make this as a quick and easy meal. No cooking is a bonus in this hot weather. These are the ones simple I make batch cook Slow Cooker and freeze. Not many ingredients. This weeks freezer friendly recipes. RAGU BOLOGNESE Use a Shin of Beef or use Braising steak long slow cook. Good quality tin tomatoes. Tomato Puree touch of sugar. Herbs Oregano. Carrots . Carrots used for sweetness
