RAGU BOLOGNESE
Use a Shin of Beef or use Braising steak long slow cook.
Good quality tin tomatoes. Tomato Puree touch of sugar.
Herbs Oregano. Carrots . Carrots used for sweetness in tomato sauces. Season.
All about the meat.
On low all for four hours then shred in Slow Cooker cool down and freeze portions zip bags.
Heat sauté pan add Pasta choices anytime need a Bolognese Ragu pull out.
MEATBALL TAGINE
Pack Italian flavoured meatballs.
Passata Onions and spices Cinnamon, Coriander, Ginger and Turmeric.
Half a teaspoon each .
Herbs Thyme dried half teaspoon .
All to Slow Cooker can sear Meat balls if you so wish.
Then add. Use Blender sauces easier. Add to tubs to freeze cool down.
Defrost add Roots any or Potatoes Spinach Chickpeas.
TURKEY CURRY
Turkey thigh joint poached large stock pot or use Slow Cooker or use Oven, I use stockpot medium heat, takes two hours adjust timings.
Then cooked diced up and ready to add to Curry or anything else.
Curry Powder any add anything else to tinker tweak more other spices, I add Fennel Seeds.
One tablespoon.
Any Onions Passata.
Herbs none but in Curry Powder if wish to add Coriander. .
Use blender sauce no Coconut Milk if you wish to add.
Mild aromatic Stew.
Slow Cooker add diced Turkey and portion of sauce reheated as it quite a tender of meat just needs warming through .
Serve with Potato roasted Chips.
Potatoes boil drain to a oven tray heated up to medium temp, add sliced boiled Potatoes.
Cook mini roasts potatoes chips great.
So any left over sauces use as vegetarian recipes.
Use any vegetable you have. Good to use fridge, freezer.
