Hi and welcome, Wasjig :)

I suggest you look at the types of food you're eating, to make sure it's not those choices and not the GAD that are making you binge. Have a look at these:

Maybe this guide could help you healthunlocked.com/api/redi...

All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh.... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.

If you haven't already taken it, here's a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.

Wishing you all the best :)

You successfully lost a massive 25 kilos. No one can teach you anything about losing weight, you've figured out a strategy that works for you.

But weight maintenance is so very much harder and riskier.

Personally I'm sceptical about the idea that most people can magically reform into a healthy eating lifestyle and then all will be well with no conscious intervention. Sounds attractive, but the life you CHOSE to lead previously was the one that made you fat, so why won't you drift back into that life, after all history shows that's the eating pattern you naturally prefer?

Consequently I prefer to place my trust in a more rigorous regime, where for the rest of my life I'll consider myself a recovering addict who can never completely be trusted around food in the same way that a recovering alcoholic can never completely be trusted around drink. The first thing I'd suggest you do is weigh yourself at regular and frequent intervals, and never, ever skip those weigh-ins! As engineers always say, what gets measured gets fixed.

It's tough, but the rewards are so massive that it's worth the effort.

Good luck!

There is a maintainers group on here, they may have some insight to share with you...

We are all different I kept lots of weight off for roughly over ten years. . I clearly made a several mistake or I wouldn’t be overweight now. The mistakes I think I made were

1. I took my eye off the ball.

2. I didn’t regularly weigh myself

3 I didn’t stick to the eating plan that helped me loose the weight.

I think for me loosing the weight was the easy bit, keeping it off was far more difficult. The reason being is that you have to eat the same way as when you were loosing the weight but at the same time not loosing any more. I think you would have to apply small tweaks to your diet to keep the scales balancing evenly. That’s why it’s so difficult.
