Use fry pan dry fry teaspoon of each.
Add to blender or spice mill .
This works well Sunday Roasted Joints Chicken, Lamb, Beef cheap cuts.

Cover foil and roast 150 degrees for a hour plus check adjust timings.

Chickpeas and make up Couscous as packet instructions.
Use Passata stock cube or juice roasting meat.
Understand you could just make the whole thing a one pot.

Add Chicken Legs Thighs to a saute pan seal.
Make up a spice blend a different one.
Ginger ground, Turmeric, Cumin, Paprika, Cinnamon half teaspoon each , use as before dry fry then blender or spice mill.
Coat Chicken add Passata roots go well here any, your choice.
Used Butternut squash and Sweet Potato, Carrots, Potatoes, Swede.
Dice roughly add stock dried fruit Onions, Garlic and Chickpeas. Dried fruit Prunes or Apricots.
Just as they are rehydrate in sauce, use Coriander herb or Parsley end.
Or use dried Thyme start .
Oven 150 degrees slow hour plus or use Slow cooker four hours plus.
Replace roots with Courgettes Potatoes and Carrots or Peppers and Aubergines.
