Hi again folks, thanks for the support. All went well with surgeon yesterday. However no real physical check up! 🤨He went by my recent trip to A&E after anxiety attack last weekend. Taken me off the diuretic and stop the Apixaban 23rd May. We'll see you again in 12months! Such confidence he's fixed

Fluctuating Billirubin
Has anyone experienced a higher billirubin. My got way better to 19 but now at 28 again. I’ve been told this might be because my diuretic dose is high. 300mg spironalactone and 120mg fuerusamide? Thanks.

Hypo weight gain mystery is now finally revealed for me (anyway)
Some great posts here recently covering various aspects of blood sugar levels and hypo condition: -Dawn effect whereby blood sugar tends to rise between 4-8am -Evidence that taking Levo pills provides a spike in blood sugar -Hypo condition anyway leads to slower metabolism and less regulated insulin

Rough in heat
My Fibromyalgia and neuropathy has been crazy lately. That happens for me when it gets hot. The burning sensation is annoying. My meds do help. But, what things do you do to help with the pain from the flareups?

Blue Horizon Microbiome Test
I've had my results back. My gut microbiome shares my age, so that's not so bad. I have a high indication for autoimmune diseases. ( no sh*t, Sherlock) No vitamin deficiencies. I should eat more soybean ( no thanks) and there is a reason I've never liked bananas - according to the test, I shouldn't

Gabapentin
I am currently taking 5 300mg Gabapentin a day. I'm also taking 0.5 mg of pramipexole 5 times a day and hydrocodone 3 times a day which helps. Gabapentin alone didn't help me but I hope it does you.

What is the first symptom you notice when your B12 is low......?
Hi, I don't mean the first symptom you noticed. What I am asking is, for those who SI regularly, what is the first symptom you notice when you have maybe pushed yourself to do too much, or are unwell with an infection, or drink too much alcohol, or are stressed, etc? Mine is a return of neuropathy, which

hello, apart from being 76 there is absolutely none of the usual reasons my BP is high. And only in the last year, before that I never had a reading above 135/80. Am on amlodipine 5mg which has reduced some scarily high readings to an average of 150/95. Have just sent a weeks worth of readings to

Restless leg cure
Well I hope it is for some of you. I've been down all the various medication routes and magnesium cream and jels and nothing still the same getting worse by the week. Until someone suggested what worked for them and it's worked for me, I'll also add I've suffered with constipation for decades and nothing

PD and B1
I have had PD Symptoms for 7 years but only diagnosed three years ago. I am taking carbidopa/levodopa for three years now. I have read ”Parkinson’s and the B1 therapy“ on Amazon and am evaluating my next steps. At my last visit to the Neurologist, she mentioned something that could put the cabidopa

Painful
My neuropathy has been painful lately. It has been hard to walk. I started trying to walk outside a little. It is a slow process. Maybe I should find some form of fun, even when I go walking, to motivate me. Suggestions, please!

I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis, Arthritis, Pernicious Anaemia, Hypertension, Coeliac disease and now some unexplained kidney problem. I have had an MRI which has shown a problem but I don't know what
