Hi again folks, thanks for the support. All went well with surgeon yesterday. However no real physical check up! 🤨He went by my recent trip to A&E after anxiety attack last weekend. Taken me off the diuretic and stop the Apixaban 23rd May. We'll see you again in 12months! Such confidence he's fixed me! So hard to have his confidence some times, especially when you have these odd twinges, pains, discomforts etc!
I will get there I'm not expecting it to come overnight one day at a time and I keep reminding myself there isn't one of us that knows what tomorrow will bring! 🤷♀️ let's hope its sunshine 😎
I have decided to set myself a routine which will include checking in here daily! I'm also self referred for talking therapy with TWIAPT
Take care of yourselves one and all ! 💗

Good to hear from you and that you're taking some positive steps.
My journey is a bit different to yours but I share the frustration of not knowing what's coming. Personally, I can get worried about the prospect of cognitive decline if I let myself.
I think you're right, some sort of routine is important, especially to get you going. Rain here this afternoon after a bright but cool morning. I got out in the garden for a while, but will be indoors this afternoon.
Look forward to catching up with you on here. Have a good day and take care.
Hello
It is good he has confidence and maybe if he had listened to your heart it might have helped but he knows what he is doing so try and keep reminding yourself of that
I so wished it was Sunshine this weekend we have rain forecast all Bank Holiday but we should expect that really it is Bank Holiday after all
Good to set yourself some goals like you have I have never heard of that talking therapy maybe we don't have it in our area but they all work more or less the same and as you are going to keep checking in on here now I will look out for you to see how you are getting on and how you are finding the therapy when it starts
