My neuropathy has been painful lately. It has been hard to walk. I started trying to walk outside a little. It is a slow process. Maybe I should find some form of fun, even when I go walking, to motivate me. Suggestions, please!

dancing, music singing. like children. watch as they have fun and do these things. us old farts or (me) can do these things. walking is boring and good for dogs. imo
