My Fibromyalgia and neuropathy has been crazy lately. That happens for me when it gets hot. The burning sensation is annoying. My meds do help. But, what things do you do to help with the pain from the flareups?

We are experiencing high heat and humidity in the US right now and I know the weather affects my migraines but had not thought about how it might cause more burning and stabbing pain in my feet and legs. Very helpful info. Thanks for sharing.

I smoke a little indica. my mind gets distracted from the pain and helps with sleep. That and meditation keep my pn manageable. my emotions are out of control. to me that is a flare up. work with your emotions or as eTolle calls it the pain body
