Starting at 8:30am with my 10 year old Son
cycling
alongside me, weather was nice and cool for the first 45 minutes but then the sun decided to blaze down on the trails. The trails are fairly technical with some inclines and some sludgy areas where the rain hasn't dried up from previous days.

The importance of training your legs (if you can, of course)
- Enhanced Athletic Performance
: Strong legs are fundamental for many athletic activities, including running, jumping, and
cycling
. Improved leg strength can therefore enhance overall athletic performance, which often involves multiple muscle groups.

Weary with toil, I haste me to my bed, the dear repose for limbs with travel tired, (Sonnet 27)
Thankfully that didn’t materialise and we decided to take some control and informed them we didn’t need a lift as we would be
cycling
out.

Why are my legs suddenly so painful?
I am 67 and retired and still relatively active (golf/gardening/
cycling
) but the leg pain is concerning me. I am now on my 7th week of 4mgs, soon to reduce to 3. I'm aware that below 5 is when it can get tricky. 1. Should I taper to 3 or 3.5 because of these leg spasms? Or should I increase? 2.

Prostate - my PSA is sharply up
I am to have another blood-test in a month to see if my PSA is down from 10, and for a few days before I am to refrain from
cycling
and sexual activity. This last: does that mean sexual effort? ejaculation? both? I didn't like to ask the lady. What do others think?

CHANGING ROOM CHAT.. MARCH WEEK ONE.
Well, that all sounds good to me, so far...but how is this going to impact, our running,
cycling
, walking or anything else? Okay. Apparently, The benefits include helping us to: * Stay calm, stay focused.

Using Omron BP meter
But I don't have the problems that many folk seem to have; just breathless when walking/
cycling
uphill and sometimes a bit lightheaded (never passed out).

It’s not actually that I CANT lose it, but as soon as I do (even just 2-3lbs) I absolutely sob, uncontrollably and am miserable (like during PMDD episodes except I’m currently in chemical menopause so not

Medication side affects after NSTEMI
I quit smoking, improved my diet somewhat and changed jobs from something rather sedate to
cycling
3 miles each way and gardening all day. Certainly fit enough for the DVLA cardiologist examination.

PAF - move to PiP only
I try to follow a health lifestyle and I am able to maintain a high degree of fitness (running, climbing and
cycling
). As the years have gone, my medication has been reduced, removal of beta-blocker and anti-coagulant (still on Clopidogrel, which is up for discussion soon).

Covid Pneumonia - Recovery!
Since Christmas i've been
cycling
and doing lots of walking, pretty much activity every day. My legs have finally responded and are functioning normally, other than my quadriceps tendon, an old injury! I still have a little neck pain too, mainly mild muscular issues.
