All seems abit over powering and not knowing where to start.
But more strenuous full on hard exercise (like road
cycling
24 miles in a head wind. Which is what i did. ( I used to do that distance once a week easily.. But not doing it regularly for over a year, i guess it shows.

Hopefully getting a bike soon And try
cycling
to work. 8 mile there and 8 mile home. That will hopefully help me build for my big goal. I've really took to this life change I've made. I also do remember not to burn myself out.

Physio appointment in two weeks 🎉
Knee twanging is down to a gentle level although
cycling
rather than walking to work is causing aching below my knee caps now. Still covered 165miles just walking last month, that’s with me resting as much as I can 😳 probably why my knees got fed up with me.

How do you get up every day after several months with treatment?
currently I’m under treatment with atripla and since my first check I’m undetectable and CD4 with high levels... so that’s a good response to treatment(talking about medical condition) but muy emotional state is
cycling
between happiness and inertia How do you carry this mood ?

Hope (possible) for anybody with a mitral valve replacement...
With the aim of
cycling
25 miles in one hour!, which he did. He then wrote a book about it, which is for
cycling
geeks really, but an inspirational journey , which was definitely not about the bike. So,the message I got was life wasn't over, just a different reality.

I guess I should introduce myself...
The spinning, the
cycling
, the out-of-control overwhelm - my constant companions. This is just how I thought life to be, one problem to solve (usually regarding myself) after another. Our minds are powerful tools that can create places of beauty and yet also places of torment.

What do I do - afraid to be alone
I suffer from anxiety, depression, and panic disorders a lot with
cycling
moods. My husband is leaving in a week to go to his home country for a week and I’m freaking out. He is the only person I have and he makes me feel safe. I’ve been in nonstop panic mode. I can barely function.

Cycling
I have taken the old advise of getting off the bus 1stop early and walking and adapted it so I get of my train journey home 1station early and bike home from there. So instead of a1 mile cycle ride home it’s now 5 and if I’m feeling good I take different routes so adding to the mileage. It helps doing

W4 R2 DONE but NOT fast and less than 2 miles !!!!!
I have a rest day from running, but every day I walk briskly for at least a mile with the dog, and yesterday I cycled for 9 miles - I hate
cycling
- I didn't do it for the exercise, but the alternative was walking and there was no time for that.

Cycled but didn’t run
However I went
cycling
yesterday and felt bushes when I woke up. 29 miles of
cycling
cancels out 4km of running today surely? 😉

Running and cycling??🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️
Does anyone else here cycle and run? Is it something that can be done between runs? I quite like to get out on my bike but don’t want to over do it.

Dental problem and IVF timing
Risking of having it removes while
cycling
and/or pregnant? I heard that dental issues are a risk factor for miscarriage, but it seems that IVF is moving further and further away (already looking into going private to avoid the 7-month waiting time with the NHS) Thanks!

A mean Dr, some upset and...
There's
cycling
and swimming? Neither are as high impact as running is. Don't get me wrong, it's great that your staying fit, but with your 'problems' you've had, running might not be the activity for you."
