WEEK 9 RUN 3 DONE. I have completed the C25K. Slightly slower today but full 5k in 28mins.have to remind myself Sunday run 1, Monday leg day, Tuesday run 2 and today run 3 plus i kept this run for this day and totally underestimated the hill. Wow it was hard going.
2 days rest from exercise except work then starting to work on 10k. Hopefully getting a bike soon And try cycling to work. 8 mile there and 8 mile home. That will hopefully help me build for my big goal. I've really took to this life change I've made. I also do remember not to burn myself out. Yes may have over done it this week but that was with excitement and also wanting to change running days to suit work and other commitments.

You’re a proper runner Johnnylewis! Have fun moving forward (after some consolidating first to build more leg strength). You’ve done an amazing job! 👏👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉🎉
Congratulations Johnnylewis, you are now a graduate, great time as well, sub 30, that's something that I will never get. I ran my third 5k in a time of 36.32, not as fast as my 'record' time of 33.40 of last Wednesday, enjoy your celebrations John, well done.
