The EP is encouraging me to continue
cycling
but to keep the HR below 150. Lesson learned and I have to accept that my competitive days are to be no more.

To ultrasound or not?
If she has bipolar disorder IN ADDITION TO the thyroid issue, he thinks a slower advancement of dosing (especially since it includes T3) is the least mood destabilizing in rapid

/mixed state comorbid BPD.

Lose lots of weight
Also I cycle to work (this is only 5mins) but I do go home for lunch so 20 mins
cycling
every day. I am doing a type of slim fast but noticed that I am grumpy when I get home as I have not had proper food so wondering if this will help so that I actually get to eat food and still lose weight.

What pain killers can I use after HA and stents
Before my heart attack very active, golf,
cycling
, walking now struggling to do anymore than the rehab classes. Anybody know any different options. Had traction, acupuncture, tens machine and osteopath. Not even allowed large quantities of alcohol to numb the pain as detrimental to heart drugs.

Cycling with Advanced Prostate Cancer
Hi All just a quick question since my diagnosis I have avoided
cycling
but I now feel ready to get back in the saddle. Is this a wise move? Can it raise issues as I have not had my prostate removed. I’m on Zytiga and hormone therapy.

Hystocopy all done 😊😊🌈
She said one shot only lasts 8hrs and if I was
cycling
under her it would be 40ml twice a day, so have got to ask my clinic if they will agree to this. She also wants me to start on baby aspirin too.

Newbie
This surprised and pleased me as I wasn't expecting to be relying on non-
cycling
muscles so much. Anyway, I am really enjoying this running lark so I do not think motivation will be too much of an issue.

Addiction
Cycling
. Swimming. I've mentioned different things but somehow I never want to stop once I start coz at that moment my mind is on another level... I feel I've developed an addiction to suppress my mania's and when any of them are not around I lose it.

Trauma and Confidence?
Friends don’t seem to understand, I sound like a broken record
cycling
through the same pain, fears, worries again and again. Family is dysfunctional and is a large source of pain.

Oh What A Beautiful Morning!! 🤩👌🏽❤️
Nice thick running top, new
cycling
socks 🧦(says good for supporting the foot & ankles - works), my neoprene gloves 🧤(very nice indeed👌🏽) ......oh yeah and my proper running leggings this time!! 😂.....it’s on! 🏃🏾♀️ It had to be a Headspace run for my first run in the cold.

Foot surgery in rheumatoid arthritis
However he has told me to think about it because I am still very active and with the right footwear my feet problems have not stopped me walking reasonable distances or
cycling
. Have others had foot operations and what has been the outcomes?

Allow myself to introduce myself...
The change in medication has certainly had an improvement on my energy levels - I have started
cycling
again, doing 50-60 miles a week. The platelets have come down and at my last check up (5th Nov) the platelets were down again - this time to 549!

The Effect of Exercise of B12 levels?
However, I would like to start
cycling
again - nothing too mad, but I used to ride 2 or 3 times a week (for about 60-90mins max each time).
