Botox injections for Chronic migraine
I have suffered for 15years with
migraine
which is
chronic
now. I am due to have Botox injections into my head, I think 34 of them.. I am quite scared about having the treatment and apprehensive but I have read that it is quite successful for a lot of people.

Taking a break from Aimovig
This has happened before and after about 9 months I was back to being a
chronic
migraine
sufferer before then going back on aimovig. My real worry is that she may refuse allowing me to having it prescribed again.

Botox Day 1
After 3 years of suffering with
Chronic
Migraine
, and 3 months of waiting for my Botox - I finally had my first appointment today. I definitely underestimated how painful it was going to be, but let’s hope the pain was worth it!

Chronic migraine and chronic sore throat
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anybody is struggling (and this for years) with
chronic
migraine
and
chronic
sore throat/chronic tonsillitis. I have come to think that part of my migraines are caused by an underlying chronic infection. As usual, blood tests are fine.

Neurologist
I have just had an hour appointment with the neurologist, he's advised I detox from triptans and cocodamol for a month, as he thinks I've got
chronic
migraine
overuse headache. and put me on a 3 month waiting list for the new medication available.

Rebound headache
I'm a long time migran e sufferer, diagnosed with chronic migrane. I've currently got a very painful throat infection, the g.p advised painkillers, until I get the results of throat swabs, but my neurologist is telling me to not take regular painkillers, as I've had rebound headaches in the past. Pulsed field ablation procedure info
I am scheduled for an ablation on the 31st of May. I am having so many thoughts about what will be done such as: Will someone have to shave my nether regions to put the ports in my groin? What if I have to urinate during the hours spent on my back in recovery, or will I be catheterized? How invasive

Home from Neuro
Today was my 6 month appt with my Neuro. I told her about a horrible breakthrough migraine I had over the past weekend. I am to take 800mg of Ibroproferin. She sent a prescription for Sumatriptan to my pharmacy that I could take if it happens again. If it happens again, and the ibroproferin doesn't

Aura migraine.
I had another Aura Migraine a couple of nights ago. I took an asprin as soon as I remembered. It’s a bit worrying as I was once told it could mean I could have a stroke. I got rid of my really awful migraines a few years ago but aura migraines took over and although they are not painful they do make
