Botox injections for Chronic migraine
I have suffered for 15years with
migraine
which is
chronic
now. I am due to have Botox injections into my head, I think 34 of them.. I am quite scared about having the treatment and apprehensive but I have read that it is quite successful for a lot of people.

Taking a break from Aimovig
This has happened before and after about 9 months I was back to being a
chronic
migraine
sufferer before then going back on aimovig. My real worry is that she may refuse allowing me to having it prescribed again.

Botox Day 1
After 3 years of suffering with
Chronic
Migraine
, and 3 months of waiting for my Botox - I finally had my first appointment today. I definitely underestimated how painful it was going to be, but let’s hope the pain was worth it!

Neurologist
I have just had an hour appointment with the neurologist, he's advised I detox from triptans and cocodamol for a month, as he thinks I've got
chronic
migraine
overuse headache. and put me on a 3 month waiting list for the new medication available.

Migraine at work?
Hello! I work at a fast-food place, and I do customer service/drive thu. One of the rules is that I cannot have water in sight of the customers, and it needs to be in the back of the store to drink it. Only issue is that sometimes it gets so busy that I can't take a minute to make the ice cream. If

Anesthesia and PD
I’m planning on having Morton’s neuroma surgery in a few weeks, unless I chicken out! I’m concerned about any negative effects because of anesthesia . I’m going to check to see if doing some type of block instead of General, is a possibility. Has anyone had that operation, or have experience with different

Good Morning Everyone 🤪
Well another rainy dreary day but supposed to warm up this week. Had a migraine yesterday and had to take a Nurtec which always helps 👍🏼 It’s a great medication but I can’t afford it anymore. My cost for 15 pills a month is $467.00 dollars 💸. This is all they allow per month and that’s with Medicare

Journey to recovery
Hi everyone, I’m in my second month of recovery from IBS. Try Peppermint oil capsules (not the sweets) 30 minutes to 1 hour before your meal; 15 minutes it’s quite ok. The Holland & Barrets is highly recommended . I also take 2 glasses of water every morning before breakfast. Your mental health also

Migraines
Hi, I was diagnosed at 41 back in 2019 with ET Jak 2 and my levels have always been fairly normal at 580. Before I was diagnosed I started with migraines, never had them before and they have persisted ever since which are quite debilitating. When seeing the specialist he advised he didn't think that
