spotting (seems to be my life story)
So just as I was rejoicing over a positive pregnancy test and today a high hcg test I just wiped and it’s pale pink. Attaching a photo just because I’m hoping for someone to say I had that too don’t worry. God my body loves to bloody bleed 🩸 Way to cause anxiety from the get go 🥲

ectopic instead of a miscarriage
Hi guys. After a rising hcg and investigations all week for what I thought was a miscarriage, and a subsequent admission to A&E Saturday night, it was finally confirmed yesterday I had an ectopic pregnancy after my first ever ivf transfer (FET). It was in my tubes, and as it turns out was partially stuck

Brown discharge at 5weeks 4days
Hi all I had a positive test 9dp5dt and a good beta hcg of 954 at 13dp5dt but today for the first time this morning I’ve had a bit of brown/red spotting which has terrified me! I keep going to the loo to check and it doesn’t seem to be getting heavier but looking for some advice on here if people have

Research Evaluating Risk of Richter Syndrome
Apologies if this has been posted before, do feel free to delete and re-direct me if so. It is of particular interest to me because my recent experience suggests that the NHS does not test for complex karyotype CLL (using Chromosome Banding Analysis). I know only that I had an aggressive presentation

Night shift work
Hello. I work evenings on a hospital nursing unit. I am scheduled to work one night every two weeks. I will remain on evenings and do this cross shift in order to cover the short staff on nights. I am on watch and wait, have stage two CLL with enlarged spleen and a large number of B-cell Lymphomas

blighted ovum
I had a miscarriage in September 2022. I had a blighted ovum miscarriage (empty sac, no fetal pole). I found out I was pregnant again in January, supposed to be due September 2023. Due to previously having a miscarriage, they asked me to come in for a vaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks. They told me that

6 week ultrasound no pregnancy identified Hcg 4100
Hi guys. Me again! I know how naive this sounds and need to come to terms with the inevitable but has anyone else found themselves in the position of having a 6 week scan and no baby found but Hcg of over 4100 and it wasn’t ectopic? Having bloods again in 2 days and they’ve told me to continue with the

Fascinating: Development of Venetoclax
For a few years, I've taken a breather from HU while focusing on full life rather than my CLL. I'm stepping up to post a new podcast from Dana Farber Hospital, which I found fascinating. Particularly for those on Venetoclax, or considering the drug, I couldn't resist sharing it. The Season 2 Trailer
