So fed up with hair-loss from Armour
I guess this is part question: part post. Firstly, I’m SO incredibly fed up with the extreme hairloss from Armour. I know it’s from the Armour because, 1- hairloss is one of the main side effects of the Med. 2: the hair loss started immediately upon starting the medication in October. I have photos

Beta HCG elevation
Morning ladies. I tried to explain to the GP that my clinic requested a Beta blood test to confirm pregnancy. They couldn’t get me in until late this month. I did a little research and there is a company on line - Medichecks. I sent off a blood sample and voilà 783 on day 13 after 5dt 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🤞🏻

Unknown Hepatitis
My sister passed away a year ago now with unknown hepatitis. Ive noticed on the TV recently that 74 children have been diagnosed with unknown hepatitis and Im wondering if there’s a link I guess? If unknown hepatitis is on the rise? How do I find out the statics of unknown hepatitis? I’d be interested

Hi just wanted some advice as I’m not doing great. Had a frozen transfer on 28th March and today was my test date. I’ve been getting faint positives on frer till Wednesday when it started to fade. I’m still getting very faint positives and I’ve had my bloods done today which is coming back at 10.8 .

Cellular and humoral immune response to SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines in patients treated with either Ibrutinib or Rituximab
For more than a year we have been reminding each other that even if we don't produce antibodies in response to covid vaccination, we may still produce a cellular response, that is a response that puts our T-cells on guard to fight a covid infection. The study cited below provides data to back up

5 weeks + 6 days sac and yolk but no embryo 💔
We had a scan on Tuesday where I was 5 weeks + 6 days. Clinic booked this in early as my HCG was so high on day 14 at 5564. I didn't want a scan this early. I starting bleeding while I was in the waiting room waiting for my scan. When they scanned me they said I was pregnant with twins (we transferred

Chronic Sinusitis from Allergies- what other treatment is there aside nasal steroids?
I have ongoing sinusitis from allergies (hay fever ) which is causing me headaches every day and night. I have had an MRI head scan which has shown inflammation in my sinuses. The doctor has offered me nasal steroids however I tried these for a year and whilst they helped my asthma and nose- they brought

Evusheld shots - What now?
I just had the two Evusheld shots this week. I had CLL for several years and last November completed a 15 month clinical trial (041702) with Ibrutinib, Obinituzumab and Venetoclax. Happily, at the end I was declared uMRD. I have had 3 Pfizer shots and then a Moderna a month ago. None of these generated

Increase in Children with hepatitis found in Scotland and England
There is a news story on the ITV News this evening, but I'm not allowed to post up the link on here. So, those who wish to read this story just enter into Google. "Parents urged to be alert for hepatitis signs after cases found in children in England and Scotland" (without the quotes). This is purely

Unusual results on standard differential -- would love feedback (and, if possible, reassurance?)
Hey, all, yesterday I was a bit shaken by results that were, for me, unusual, coinciding with the most clipped doctor visit ever had, so left full of unanswered questions. My lymphs had gone quite up (okay, that's CLL progressing) and WBD went well up too (okay, CLL progressing) BUT, neutrophils, which

Graves, colds and sinusitis
Hi folks. I’m just wondering if anyone else has found it’s taken your body a lot longer to recover with colds and sinusitis while having graves, as well as being impacted more severely symptomatically? I got a cold that lasted three weeks, then was okay for two days before getting sinusitis that’s now

Bad headaches / Migraines 5 weeks + 2 days
Hi everyone, just wanted to ask if anyone else experienced severe headaches in early pregnancy? I've done a covid test to rule that out and I am drinking alot of water. Just getting a little worried as they are so intense. No other real symptoms at the moment apart from that. It is likely from my hcg

5+6 weeks pregnant, yolk sac detected on ultrasound but no heartbeat 💔
Hi ladies, so after we decided to give up on ivf, I fell pregnant naturally at age 40. My hcg levels were 9767 yesterday (they doubled in 48 hours). We went for an early scan today, doctor said I'm possibly having a miscarriage, because he couldn't detect a heartbeat and I have been spotting very lightly

Hi all. Early days but at 9dpt I got my BFP! With HCG levels at 310! Which fills me with hope as my 2nd transfer was a chemical starting with HCG of 25. Do you think the levels are good? I had another blood test today to see how levels rise. Results tomorrow.

** Updated 😢 ** Why is the viability scan more terrifying than OTD?
I have my viability scan tomorrow and I’m so scared. I finally got my Clear Blue 2-3 weeks at 5+1 and decided to never use one again! I have zero symptoms which makes me nervous as my last ivf pregnancy I had awful sickness from 5weeks (although it was twins). I’ve had no bleeding at all. I just still

HCG rising slowly
Hi, I had a positive pregnancy test last week following IVF. I had a very small bleed which stopped very quickly then a bit of spotting, so the hospital asked me to go for bloods. On Thursday afternoon (at four weeks three days) my hcg was 220. I repeated the test Saturday morning and it’s only risen

Negative HCG :(
Negative HCG today. Absolutely shattered. No more frozen embryos. Pgs tested. Aspirin, steroids, oes and prog. Era, alice and eq test done as well. Cannot understand why this is happening. It is such a horrible feeling. No more energy left.
