and results came back at 57. Have my scan tomorrow. I am a mum of 3 young children and I’m terrified that it will be something sinister.

In fact infection/inflamation markers are slightly down on last set of
blood
tests
so discharged back to GP with watching brief. Likely suspect is my arthritis. So one less thing to kill me. lol 😁

Hi all Just looking for a bit of a steer. I was diagnosed with Graves' Disease in 2021 but as of now not on any medication, i couldn't tolerate Carbimazole as it made me very unwell. My last tests in around June 2022 with my endocrinologist showed my graves disease antibodies were very weak and things

grateful
But every blood test so far is showing the CLL is not showing signs of being active, he is having
blood
tests
every 3 to four months and a phone consultation with one of the haematology team. I am extremely grateful he is still here with me.

Blood tests 'normal' but PMR symptoms
Hi all, I was diagnosed with PMR in Jan 2022. I started with 25mg of pred, which worked within a day and tapered down gradually. It took a while to get down from 10mg and i had a few ups and downs with dosage. I was on 2mg for a while and the GP i saw for meds review (a new GP) was pushing me to come

Cholestyramine
After
blood
tests
, stool samples, colonoscopy, and more stool samples, they are not able to determine what is causing the diarrhea. The doctor has prescribed Cholestyramine. Has anyone had experience with this medication and did it help?

weight gain
I’ve gained two stone in two years; and am now borderline diabetic with a score of 42 in my recent
blood
tests
(hbc?) I also take Adalimubab injections for my Arthritis. There are days when I am extremely lethargic but need to lose weight prior to knee replacement and honestly it is hard work .

My Rheumatologist is not sure and has done further
blood
tests
and is sending me for Ultrasound scan. I also have Pernicious Anemia diagnosed 2013. Obviously a little anxious while I wait for an answer to symptoms I have had for 2 years. Thank you for listening.

GFR of 60
Last week my husband had
blood
tests
and it showed he might have an issue with his kidneys. His GFR is 60. He is 68 and pretty healthy. He has taken iboprofin and Aleve just recently for hip pain. He never took it before the last 2 months.

Calcium D3 Supplements
Are any of you diagnosed with Osteoporosis taking supplements, Calcium, D3, K, etc. even though
blood
tests
show normal range? I have been advised it is not necessary to take supplements if
blood
tests
normal. Too much Calcium may increase risk of other health issues.

Can’t stop worrying!
Hi I’ve recently been diagnosed with fatty liver disease, I’ve got my
blood
tests
this week to see how bad I am. The thing is I’ve literally never been ill and I’m now thinking I’m going to die due to this diagnosis! I can’t shake the fact that even me changing my diet won’t help me!
