Private Thyroid Blood Test
Hello, I'm looking to find recommendations for private thyroid
blood
tests
please. I have been using Medichecks for many years, but the last 3 months I have had a LOT of problems with them. They don't seem to be willing to listen despite my complaints.

Newly diagnosed PMR
My Inflammation levels in August were 16 which is why they struggled to fit me into a diagnosis box and it was only with insistence of more
blood
tests
that came back as 46 on 11th Oct that they finally put a name to the condition.

Nerve pains in legs, feels like bees in my knees , legs and sometimes arms.
I went and had
blood
tests
and urine tests yesterday and all was ok. Dr thinks it is still like side effects and suggested weaning down on Pregabalin. Today it feels like I have a lot of bees all stinging inside my knees, toes and sometimes hands.

Feeling sick after eating and palpitations
I had
blood
tests
a few months ago which all came back normal which I was so shocked at because of how bad I feel. Just wondered if anyone else has had similar symptoms and can help me in any way because I feel like all I get from my gp is that it's probably anxiety related. It's definitely not!

Overactive thyroid
I have made her through ask my gp request her thyroid be tested and wondered if there are any other
blood
tests
/tests she should be asking for as she has a massive needle phobia so whilst having bloods taken I thought she should not miss any important tests.

Surgeon in Liverpool as requested thyroid bloods and thyroid antibodies 🤗
My surgery refused any futher
blood
tests
eventho I've been without thyroid medication since January 31st, the surgeon in Liverpool was appalled at this, and as today sent a blood form for all thyroid bloods including antibodies 👍. Interestingly enough I actually spoke to a gp on match 15th..

BMB conflicts blood test result on JAK2
How can this not be detected but show up in 2
blood
tests
(although low levels). Also the rest of the BMB results show favorable- It has been so confusing. Anyone have any similar results? Or any input on this? Thank you

Slow recovery and set backs after angiogram and stent
The GP has been useless but cardiac support nurses, once I got hold of them, have been brilliant on the phone and have ordered
blood
tests
, a change in medications and a portable ecg to be worn for a day which I am getting fitted on Monday and the
blood
tests
will be done next week.

If you have thyroid
blood
tests
that are outside the reference range over a long period of time, you should discuss these small risks with your doctor. " Sorry about rambling, having a strange post traumatic type brain day, brain is travelling at light speed but mind is travelling at warp speed, wyrd

Update after Endo
I will also invest in private
blood
tests
for T3, antibodies, Vit D, Ferritin etc before my next appointment to get a clearer picture of my overall health. Thank you for all your help and advice in getting me to this stage - I'd have been lost without this group this past month or so.

Feeling overwhelmed
We’ve got to go for
blood
tests
and my husband has got to go for another sperm test in the meantime but they can’t do anything else until I’ve had the laparoscopy. So we’re in limbo at the moment.

Finger prick blood test - gentle squeeze finger top before stabbing - gamechanger for me?
Over last year I have done maybe 7

blood
out has been a nightmare for me ... thank you monitor my health for sending me retests and not banning me, Video below says squeeze top of finger before doing the lancing - Wow.

Just need some advice on self injecting.
At some point in 2022 after
blood
tests
for an unrelated issue I was advised to stop self injecting B12.

What vitamin supplements to take alongside B12 injections?
I've had several further
blood
tests
and vitamin D and iron deficiencies have been identified (iron levels look to have dropped after B12 injections started). So I'm currently on vitamin D3 800IU once a day and ferrous fumarate 210mg 3 times a day.
