hello, I have 4 times of blood tests and the results showed ca125 values of 71, 45, 95, and 140. I have also have two myomas with the size of 4.7 x 4.9 cm. I have done hydrosalpinx surgery to cut apart of ovarian tube. Pls give me your advices. I’m worried about ovarian cancer. Thank you.

I think myomas are likely to cause an elevation of ca-125. A doctor on one of my check ups told me that the ca-125 can also be elevated due to inflammation in the lungs! It’s not always gynaecological, but normally is. It’s understandable that you’re so worried - I would suggest pushing for an MRI to set your mind at rest. Wish you the best of luck - I am sure it’s just the myomas causing the blood results though.
