a bit of advise please. Having bloods taken next Wednesday, I have stopped taking Biotin. Do I need to stop taking my B12, vitamin D , zinc and magnesium before testing ?

It is only biotin that may affect thyroid blood test results so you can continue taking other supplements right up until the day before your blood test.
If you are supplementing B12, your test results will be skewed- so don't be tempted to stop....
