The Black Dog is back
However, slowly with counselling from Cruse
Bereavement
Care (UK) I rebuilt my life to where I am now. I have numerous interests and I am on four committees and have many friends but recently I have felt the Anxiety return.

Handling Emotional Pain Part 1
I learnt about
Bereavement
counselling, counselling of children and adults and some child abuse counselling. I also engaged in some psycho drama. As part of my training I had to go right back though my childhood. I suffered from emotional pain for weeks on end.

Every Step A Win ❤️
Work, relationships, a
bereavement
, home “improvements” turned into home nightmares. Cries for help, demands for support, trying to manage my own mini disasters, all conflicting, no room to fit it all in. The only thing I wanted to do was fly to the Bermuda Triangle.

Blocked ears!
I've been off running for two months now, due to illness and a
bereavement
that took me halfway across the world. I want to get back into it again with the aim of completing a 10k run in May: I did a 4k three weeks ago for charity and it went ok thank goodness.

My pulsatile tinnitus, tinnitus, anxiety and wanting to face my fear
I did gradually learn to manage the anxiety (with the aid of
bereavement
counselling) and got to a stage where I was feeling good again... And then, in November, I got a cold. Cue tinnitus. Constant in both ears. It took a week to figure out what the buzzing in my head was.

Virtual Christmas lunch
Hello Friends, I thought it would be lovely if we could have our first virtual Christmas lunch celebration together, here at
Bereavement
Care & Share. I was thinking either 15th or 16th December, how is that for you? Please reply to this post with your name and preferred date.

bereavement
etc. Has anyone had similar?

Need your advice please ladies not really Ivf related
However today I met with the
bereavement
midwife to talk things through and ended up mentioning this to her, she advised I didn’t go on the ward as I was intentionally putting myself at risk of catching something and considering all we’ve been through feels it isn’t worth risking.

Psycho-social and emotional aspects of prostate cancer
Another aspect of experiencing PCA or any cancer is "
bereavement
", "loss", or "mortality" . I confess to experiencing most of the classic phases of
bereavement
as described by Kuhbler-Ross, anger, denial. depress, bargaining and the harder one to achieve, acceptance.

Bad dreams 😢 (attached pregnancy test)
I’ve spoke to the
bereavement
midwife who said I can be scanned at the earliest 6+3 so still a couple of weeks to go. My counsellor is currently on holiday so wondered if anyone had any coping strategies until I’m able to see them?
