A Good Nights Sleep
We are all familiar with the short-term problems that cause insomnia: jet lag, stress,
bereavement
, exam nerves, interview anxiety, shift working (the list is almost endless).

I've done it!!
Everyone has difficulties to overcome and reading the blogs about the obstacles some of you have had to face, physical health problems, confidence issues,
bereavement
, social anxiety and still you have taken them head on and achieved your goals. This has been a major motivator to me.

A Trip to the Locum
He was very nice while he made me cry when he told me I was suffering from
bereavement
, told me that I needed to take control over my own body, ask what the alternatives were to the poisons I was currently inflicting on myself and take a 'drug holiday'.

A personal view on dealing with friends and family...
Lots of people shy away from infertility in the same way as they shy away from
bereavement
, but ignoring them or not talking about it just makes it feel like you’re not interested and don’t care.

Tiny Feet Support Group in Derry, N. Ireland
Infertility is ranked among the 3 most stressful things to go through, along with
bereavement
and divorce. It is a deeply distressing illness, touching every aspect of life. We run a number of Information/support groups in NI.

Oh god now I'm really scared!!!
Sorry I havn't been on here for a while but we've had a
bereavement
and the gentleman in question was on MTX. The coroner said cause of death was pneumonia but isn't that the same as inflammation of the lungs? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Hope everyone has a better year to come. Xxxx
