Aripiprazole- feedback pls
Been relatively well since then, but had a lot of stress in the last year (a shock
bereavement
) and have been put on olanzapine 2.5mg as a mood stabilisor. I have been continually on the SSRI- sertraline for severe PMS, which helps a lot.

Looking for recommendations for private tinnitus treatment please.
It began 2 years ago following an extremely stressful period in my working and personal life (loss of job and
bereavement
). I have seen my GP 2 or 3 times. I have also seen an audiologist, physiotherapist and consultant at my local NHS hospital.

I did start some NDT only a quarter tablet and did start to feel better for a while, but had a family
bereavement
and just couldn’t cope with anything for a while. I also had asked for thyroid scan I was found to have a nodule but told to ignore it as it was so small!!

New to grief
I have obtained some
bereavement
advice/therapy and am waiting until I am able to begin long-term therapy. However, in the meantime, is anyone willing to share what helps them deal with their grief? Thanks, Kris.

Here I go again (again,again🙃)
and feel the need to connect again if you’ll have me 🤞 I lost my way a little over the last year or so, due to family
bereavement
, work stress, moving house and my partner being made redundant and definitely confirmed to myself that I am an emotional eater. 😠😵😂😖➡️🧁🍔🍟🍕🍫➡️🤦🏻♀️ I do feel

First timer in support group
I thought I was only having a heartbreak or
bereavement
or loss or grieve or something like that. Now I know why lots of times in my life I easily feel down and in deep sadness by stressful/sad events. I am still trying to accept it. It is a struggle. Every hour is a fight trying to survive.

Letting Go...
Idk who created the 3 days allowed for
bereavement
rule. Someone who hasnt experienced a loss, doesnt have a life. Its ridiculous. Have others started putting away their loved ones things 10 days later? How did you manage?

Meditation and Mindfulness for person with long term health disability
Mindfulness practice can make a person on occasion very aware of the
bereavement
for the old life. Experience of Reality's Chaos Many things logically do not add up. This is the nature of reality. Many things are engineering compromises.

Starting again :(
After getting hospitalised with salmonella and then a
bereavement
in the family I’ve been out of C25K for a couple of months now. Has anyone got any advice on starting again and keeping motivated? Feeling pretty low about the whole thing to be honest!
