First post-graduation run!

So glad I got out there again - was feeling a bit bereft after graduation 😕. How would I manage without Sarah Millicam? Well now I had Laura putting me through my paces - literally - with the C25K+ podcast. What a find! Now I feel great and ready for a self-indulgent Christmas - and I’ve broken the barrier of C25K bereavement! Well, for now.. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Good discovery. It is easy to feel a bit lost immediately post graduation. I can also recommend Park Runs and Bridge to 10km. Whatever you go on to do, keep having fun!
