Gabapentin/Lyrica.
I just get them on demand, any doctor will do. I gave up last week, after about a year of daily use. I just used to sit there watching TV of a night time, munching away on Gabapentin. Didn't even care about the dose. The spasms is the main thing with me. Leg spasms, stomach spasms, upper body sometimes

She noticed that my swallowing was not proper. She wants me to do Videofluoroscopy. After this she can give me

Anyone tried Epsom bath salts?
Heard lots of good reviews about Epsom salts in general. Just wondered if anyone on here has tried them after an op or when on chemo? Also been looking into dead sea salts as they have a lot of similar properties and seem slightly cheaper?

The weekend, fatigue and stuffing my face!
Monday July 11th The bags under my eyes are get darker and deeper but thank goodness for Yves Saint Laurent and that marvellous touch up pen they created - Touche Éclat. And the diets not going great either! I really should crack this sleep thing – I was considering raiding mothers pill “sack” on

Fasting.
On my last post I said that I intended to try a fast during my first chemo session last week, and thought I would feed back the results. For 3 days before and 1 day after as well as the chemo day, I ate only melon and a thin (water based,) soup. I drank lots of water and fruit teas. So far (day 5) I

Chronic Stomach Discomfort
Ok I'm sorry that this is probably the wrong category for this but I need serious help. I have been burping for 4 straight months now and have not been able to sleep well during that time. The burps are nonstop. My stomach always tightens up whenever I eat something; the best way I can explain it is

Part three. Useless GP visit follow on from Manchester
What can I say? As bad as expected?. Not received either the barium meal REPORT nor four page letter according to him. I gave him my copy. He glances through it. I say anaemia would tie in with my increasing tiredness and lack of energy to do minimal things. He looks at his screens, flit back and forth
