PSP Success - Complementary Therapies Rock!
My PSP was diagnosed 2018. No advice received from the medics, but I have a good GP. Immediately I started on personal research and a regime of complementary therapies (Cranial work has been brilliantly successful) plus targeted exercises (Pilates, etc), plus specific diet (organic Mediterranean),

Taste and smell CAN come back
Every medical professional I have seen in my journey told me taste and smell would not come
back
. It's nearly 3 years now since severe traumatic
injury
, i'm lucky to be alive. But I can report to you that it has returned not 100% more like 80 but its come back.

Advice Please for Sacro Iliac Joints Problem
Since then, apart from being very stiff around the lower
back
area, it appeared to be getting better with no acute
injury
. However, a week ago I had enormous difficulty walking, getting up steps etc.

Hidden disability v A little less hidden disability
The additional frustration is that her eyes and the
back
of her eyes are fine, it is the head
injury
and associate neurological condition that has caused the lack of vision. And neither symptom has any visible signs of injury

5 Day Spike
Hi Everyone, At the moment I am 5 days in a bad Tinnitus spike and not getting any quieter, everything I try, breathing exercise, going for a walk, diy, music masking, etc, nothing will make it better. No stress, no health issues, never had a bad spike for more than 5 days, no point in contacting GP

Update on recurrence.
After a rising ca125 and scan results showing cancer back in my peritoneum and remaining momentum I'll be back on chemo again very soon. To say I'm gutted is an understatement ,I'd hoped for longer than a nine month remission ,my oncologist said if the chemo has a good effect I'll be put on a maintenance

If it's been 1 month since I last ran, where should I start again?
I was forced to stop when my
back
went into spasm, then I didn't want to risk
injury
before Christmas. Since then, I have been procrastinating about getting
back
out and not felt in the "mood" if I am completely honest.

New read on Tapering
Two kidney stone operations, hernia surgery, and a catastrophic hand
injury
had brought
back
my PMR with a vengeance. Over the past year I have used this strategy to come from 20 mg down to three with little or no pain. I present it to see if it might work for you.

Specialist Endo needed in the South East
Getting desperate! My NHS Endo who works in West Kent is retiring in the next few months and I am going to need an experienced Endo to take over my (unusual) case. I am on combination therapy T4/T3. I have the list from Thyroid UK and unfortunately I have exhausted all of those possibilities. I can't

Really sore quads
I started this program in the summer but had to stop after 2 weeks as an old reoccurring knee
injury
came
back
. I was determined to do the program so in October I had my gait analysis done and bought new running shoes.

Getting a past FND/ conversion disorder diagnosis revised in light of new (correct) diagnosis.
I had a recent neuro exam, and the neurologist put a label of ‘functional’ on some co-ordination difficulties I have, but that dates
back
to a childhood brain
injury
. I was so upset and angry with this and I’ve asked for this label to be removed.

Back from the IC and back on the Magic Plan
Take heed fellow runners.... it takes time to come
back
from an
injury
. It was so frustrating. So after another 15 days rest, this week I tentatively started two short, slow runs around my local park. It felt good, and today I decided to try a slow 5k.

THE BENEFITS OF TAURINE ON STRESS
