Back at it after toe injury ππ½ββοΈ
I hurt little toe 3 weeks ago and in hospital advice I rested for 2 weeks. Last Sunday I tried a steady 5K and toe was bit achey but ok. Soooo on Wed I did another 5K and today a10k with no problems. Iβm due to do my long run in Sunday of 15k to keep on plan for my HM training if 1km increase a week.

Running in the evening light
I am
back
from
injury
and then illness. I did 4K and it felt slow but was actually back up to the pace I was reaching 2 months ago. Not fast. But so pleasing to be out again and feeling fine. Plus it is not dark until after 7:30!!

Pine bark extract supplement?
Has anyone tried a supplement with pine bark extract? The book Finally Focused highly recommends it. Just had a bad experience with Aderol after methylphenidate messed with my sonβs sleep so Iβm not really into this expensive trial & error method of drug experimentation. Of course supplements are expensive

My father certainly wasn't tested for PA, he did lose the feeling in his hands and legs while in his 80s after many years of
back
problems, He did have a
back
injury
from a slipped disc though, which most likely the cause but doesn't rule out him having PA.

Couch to 5k completed ππ₯³π€©
When I was struggling with running alone you all helped me to push myself to continue, when I had an
injury
I couldn't wait to get
back
but followed everyone's sensible advice to rest and get gait analysis done.

Re: Hair colour dye for sensitive skin to cover grey hair regrowth after Chemotherapy?
Hello ladies, I've finished chemo 4 months ago and my hair has now grown back to about just over an inch long. I'm very pleased that it's grown back again, although it's grown back mostly silver-grey now whereas it was 75% dark brown before the chemo. I wondered if any of you ladies who's hair has

I know that traditionally prescribed strong muscle relaxers which knocked me out helped less with pain relief than acupuncture for a

injury
yrs ago and still helps when I have a

flare up.

Worried about taking a rest
Completed C25k
back
in May. I picked up a
Injury
whilst doing this. Not sure how or when exactly but noticed when I was doing strength and flexibility my ankle was a little painful in one of the stretches. No pain at all whilst walking. Or running.

So I know all that, just in the fluster of
injury
it hadn't occurred to me to go
back
and book a massage instead of more physio.

Will this have you in stitches?
Just as a surgeon was finishing up an operation and was about to close, the patient awakes, sits up, and demands to know what is going on. "I'm about to close,' the surgeon says. The patient grabs the surgeon's hand and says, "I'm not going to let you do that! I'll close my own incision!" The doctor

Due to a pre existing
back
injury
I'm already on regular painkillers + supplements so can't take anymore. I've also been feeling sick after eating. I've tried eating small and often and tried drinking a glass of water before but nothing seems to help.
