Running in the evening light

YYEEEEESSSS. I am back from injury and then illness. I did 4K and it felt slow but was actually back up to the pace I was reaching 2 months ago. Not fast. But so pleasing to be out again and feeling fine.

Plus it is not dark until after 7:30!!

I said hello to the dog walkers I often see - and I can actually see what they look like in the light! Unfortunately they can now see what I look like. Even after 500 yards I was getting hot - 18 degrees tonight - where did that come from!?
