Hey guys I’m new here finished C25K and did 10k unfortunately my first injury as well hopefully I can get back in to it in about 5 days

Any increase in distance should be incremental. Otherwise you will pick up injuries . I’d suggest you have a look at training plans and (when you are fit) follow one of these. Just as with c25k you need to prepare your body for longer distances.
