Morning all, I managed to get a 30 min 4k run in on Sunday morning as the snow began to fall and before it settled. Glad I did as I wouldn't want to run in the now slippery pavements, having just come back from injury.

A wise decision, my 'exercise' for today was clearing 7" of snow from my garden path, after I had finished it felt as if I had just run 10K.
