There was mention of ‘
acid
reflux
’ from my GP so I tried Gaviscon and Lansoprazole which didn’t help much. I ended up getting a blood test and X-ray of my chest. Both came back as ok. Since then I’ve had an ECG which I’m told was ok albeit I have slight bradycardia.

Raw/sore throat & Inhalers
I have been for a camera down the throat to check for cancer but that came back clear, but they did say I had
acid
reflux
so I'm now on Lansoprazole but that's not helping. So I'm wondering if this is caused by my inhaler, (currently using Fostair).

Endometriosis changed my understanding
I was diagnosed with bowel endometriosis and two months I couldn't stand up and walk from pain. I had two surgeries for endometriosis and cysts removal in the past.I changed all my diet.I eat only turkey chicken and fresh fish and i mix fresh parsley basil and dill and I pure 1/4 of lactose free cream

Night sweats etc.
I am tapering down from 30mg pred since April 2022 and I am now down to 3mg (4mg alternate days). I am finding I am having a lot of night sweats. Has anyone found else had this problem and if so how long it lasts for? I have to add that I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis, and didn't know

Vitamins for cognition
Hello, my adult son has cognitive/short term memory difficulties following a TBI. He takes omega 3, B12, vitamin D and magnesium supplements and it's difficult to know if they are helping or not. I wondered if any of you could advise which supplements have been helpful to you. Lions mane and ashwaganda

K2 supplement
Having read on this forum that calcium/D3 is best supplemented with K2 to aid absorption, I've been taking it with my (prescribed) iCal D3 chewable tablets for some years. I had breast cancer in 2016 and was prescribed Letrozole, and as I had radiotherapy too, advised to take iCal and Alendronic Acid

Too Much Omega 3 triggering AFib?
I care for a family member with an AFib history. It has recently reared its head again after several years without an issue. I have been trying to find a possible trigger. One of the possible things I suspect is that it may be the overhaul in her diet the last couple of months. I noticed one day

haematoma -update
As suggested, I got in touch with my haem who told me to go immediately to the hospital. I didn't see her face- to- face but was seen first by a junior doctor and then had a blood test. She reported back to the haem, sending photos. The outcome was I have a course (3 days) of Tranexamic Acid (2000 mg

Any success with only one Lap surgery for DIE?
Hi ladies, hope everyone is doing as well as possible. I'm 5 weeks post op for my first lap for DIE, large cysts organs stuck together. All the good stuff. I've recovered pretty well and feel ok now. I'm on Utrogestan 200mg to hopefully stop my period and reduce chances of regrowth. I also take NAC,
