I was diagnosed with bowel endometriosis and two months I couldn't stand up and walk from pain. I had two surgeries for endometriosis and cysts removal in the past.I changed all my diet.I eat only turkey chicken and fresh fish and i mix fresh parsley basil and dill and I pure 1/4 of lactose free cream . I don't fry food and I make food myself. I also drink only coconut milk koko no sugar no dairy and no soya no nuts lactose free no gluten no GMOS. I also eat nuts pumkin seeds chia seeds and I mix it with raspberries blueberries or strawberries and I pure 2 big spoons of glutten free oat pantry on top and pure yoghurt koko on it that is my breakfast, but sometimes i actually make porridge from oat pantry with watter and add pumkin seeds nutts chia seeds. I use only avocado oil if I want to fry, but I try not to fry food. I use lastose free philadelphia spread for my sandwich. I don't eat any meat free produced slices on top of sandwiches. I eat vegetables and steamed or baked in own fish or meat . No fried veggies. I eat tuna with sweet potato only and a bit of glutten and milk free cheese but only once in week or once in two weeks, but in high levels of pain i didn't even eat it and definitely eat veggies on the side. I soak all my veggies and potatoes also berries(sweet potatoes for me always ) with one tea spoon of soda with very warm water for 5 minutes to remove pesticides on them. I drink a lot water or coconut water also natural pineapple and cranberry juice. I use electric heating pad when pain was very strong every day i still use it every day but pain improved a lot. 3 times a week I use unbleached material soaked in castar oil than I put on my skin and on top clining film than I put heating pad on for 15 minutes and I take bath with espom salts for 15 minutes check Jessica Valant, because she is using castar oil on her belly too. I don't have any problems with bowel anymore and pain reduced from 10 to 2 or 3 in levels. I do pilates exercises by Jessica Valant every day for endometriosis and fibroids exercise for home and back pain relief exercises-home workout for back strengthening ( i do Jessica Valant exercises for stress relief 4 times a week after work. I sleep very well after them) even, if I am in pain I never stop this exercises, because it reduces a pain. I started this exercises when pain level was 10. I also eat a lot of fruits and I don't drink coffee. I drink camomile tea two cups a day around 5 pm and one cup before bed and I sleep well than. I don't take any antidepressants camomile tea is a miracle for me. I can have a cup or two cups even if I am pregnant. I do not eat any sweats and i don't take sugar. I bought glutten free porridge called oat pantry lemon drizzle glutten free no refined sugar high in fibre for breakfast, but I use water on it and I put koko yoghurts in my poridge pumkin and chia seeds and nuts. I eat only koko yoghurts once a day. I lost 7kg but I actually feel good. I will see gynecologist soon for basic check up. I heart about eating less carbs that helps too and wait reduces if you eat healthy. I eat pomegranates every day and sometimes i eat mango. I was over weight. I eat only glutten milk free bread, but when pain was strong i didn't eat bread than. I don't eat bread every day only twice a week. People are saying oh you lost a weight but I feel good 😀. Don't be afraid to loose weight as long as you feel good. I also take one glass of water with omega 3 suplaments before food and vitamin D after I eat breakfast. I don't eat pork or beef. I had pains after i ate smoaked fish and i stopped it. Smoaked fish is not good for me and canned fish too only fresh fish is good. I keep with this diet changes no matter what, because i feel amazing now. I realised that my health is most important for me.The beginning was very hard for me, but i did this all changes for myself 😀I was prescribed laxido after my first surgery and I still take it but I feel good now and happy 😊. People are saying you look good and feel happy. Yes I am happy and I love people around me. I love myself now 😀.

What an amazing effort and well done. There are lots of women on here who manage this disease through diet, supplements and exercise. It's hard but we can do it, and you should be incredibly proud of taking charge of yourself xxx

Thank you so much for sharing and truly well done for all your hard work on this. I know it's hard work as I've been trying to change my diet for a while and it's not always plain sailing. I've been suffering with endo for a good few years and apart from very painful periods it affected my bowels and I've experienced all kinds of symptoms. I took laxido after my surgery and I have to take it every now and then still but I find it really helps.

I've been trying to follow Mediterranean diet and I've cut out alcohol completely which seems to have helped.

I would be really grateful if you could perhaps share and I don't mind if you pm me or on here if allowed any sources of recipes that you've used to help you on this journey.

I think you should definitely be so very proud of your hard work, as it's not easy to do. But I'm so very happy to read that it does help and thank you for sharing your journey xxx
