Self-help with nutritional supplements for RLS
I have RLS for about twelve years. I have started with a few restex. It worked great but I read about the augmentation. So I decided to find a better way for me. I startet with homeopathy (zincum valerianicum). It worked for a half year. Then I found CES brain stimulation. this worked also for a half

Hi everyone, I would be interested to hear if others have this with
reflux
or if this might be something else? I have
acid
reflux
and was diagnosed around 6 years ago now. I've been on ppi's since then and it's generally under control.

Could This Really Be Undiagnosed Adult ADHD?
Hello, I am new here! I will be turning 30 years old within the next few months, which sounds like no big deal except for the fact I feel like when I look back on it all I never really accomplished much or completed much etc. What brought me here and to the conclusion that maybe ADHD played a huge

Anyone realize undiagnosed ADHD may have been the problem your entire life? Were you conditioned to not even question anything was "wrong"?

HRT in late 50's
I am investigating about HRT and have been reading lots of good things about helping with osteoporosis. I am thinking about trying HRT as I have post menopausal issues and to help with OP. However my GP insists that after 50, it's of zero use. I have found good studies and even the ROS recommend it

Period Won't Stop!
So, I just want to start off by saying I do have PCOS so my periods have always been irregular and a bit crazy. I'm very much used to going a while without them - my longest cycle between periods was about 3 months. However, since about May last year, they've changed. In May, I bled for around a 3

Chapter 17. I dream of the revolution that must come... 1/2
This is chapter 17 of a book I published in 2015, "A Different Way of Looking at Parkinson's. Almost 20 years of experience with my father's disease (1994-2012)" (only in Spanish). Although we have learned a lot more since that year, I think it can still be useful to most sufferers and family members

Study shows hyaluronan is effective in treating chronic lung disease.
Researchers at the National Institutes of Health and their collaborators found that inhaling unfragmented hyaluronan improves lung function in patients suffering from severe exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Hyaluronan, a sugar secreted by living tissue that acts as a scaffold

New to this - very worried
Hi all - so I am 59yr woman with history of
acid
reflux
but no other digestive problems until fairly recently. About 2 months ago I suddenly felt very nauseous - memorably so - it passed & my thoughts were we'll see what happens may well be something & nothing.

Swollen vallate papillae
Hello, I had a severe
acid
reflux
2months ago which came out my mouth and nose. Since 2months I have swollen vallate papillae and a strange lump feeling in my throat. Is it normal or is it an indication for more severe condition. I'm otherwise a healthy individual. Thanks in advance

Saying Hello
I also have
acid
reflux
, post nasal drip ,rhinitis and sinusitis which I believe are all connected. Like other sufferers I have an irritating cough. To complicate the issue I became partly deaf probably because of all the conditions above.

Dosage reduction
Following on from my post a month ago, this is where I am now. Continued with 10 mg daily until I reached 6 weeks, then reduced to 9 mg, which is where I am now. My Dr wants me to continue to taper slowly by 1 mg every 6-8 weeks. Dr prefers to focus on symptoms rather than blood tests. I asked if
