Acid Reflux

The drs said acid reflux and could ve the hrt, hormones or the stress i feel waiting 12-18 months for a full hysterectomy.Im on omeprazole 20mg morning and night and now famatodine 40mg every eve. Does anyone else suffer with digestive or reflux issues.

In some cases, stomach acid spills up into the oesophagus; this acid reflux causes symptoms such as heartburn, nausea or a dry cough.

Last 2 days ive got really bad acid reflux, burning tummy and occasionaly bringing up sick. Im on omeprazole daily and ive now started gaviscon aswell. Ive read this is another problem with endo. Wondered if anyone else gets this and how to deal with it

I always wake up nauseous and panicking and with insane acid reflux. I don't know what to do. It's making me scared to get a job because i might get acid reflux there and even v*mit. I have emetophobia.

Just wondered if anyone had had acid reflux/heartburn with the zoledrolic acid infusion?

Initially, it caused stomach pain, which has since subsided, but now I’m dealing with acid reflux, with acid coming up my throat. I’m not sure what to do, especially since my appointment with my private doctor is still seven weeks away.

In October 2023 after an endoscopy I was diagnosed with a very small hiatus hernia and told to continue with the medication but apart from the side effects neither Omeprazole or Lansoprazole stopped the acid reflux & I felt as if the acid reflux was made worse.

Ever since I have suffered from acid reflux, even Gaviscon is not soothing. Anyone experienced Acid Reflux with Flecainide? Is acid reflux exacerbated by medications if vomiting has left oesophagus raw?

Has anybody tried Maty's acid reflux and indigestion gummies? They are not medicine but gummies made from apple cider vinegar, tumeric and ginger......they can be purchased on Amazon and in the US at CVS........they get very good reviews.Let me know. Thank you

Any one have experience of coping with acid reflux. Over time I have had more symptoms of acid indigestion/reflux. I don't know if this is linked to RA itself, medication side effects, may be stress at times, or a mixture of all?

Hi Just wondering if anyone else with osteoporosis has been prescribed Omaprazole for acid reflux? Osteoporosis is actually listed as a side effect but my GP has prescribed it knowing I have osteoporosis.My acid reflux was so bad I decided to risk it so agreed to take 20 mg a day.

I have also had acid reflux since 2016 and have managed to keep it in check with medicine until summer of this year when they stopped working. My questions are, is the acid reflux and tinnitus flare up related, will my tinnitus get worse, and what are my options from here, what help is available?

One week post ablation and it could only happen to me! Yesterday, I had some reflux and burping after lunch which eventually disappeared. Hi after about 5 years of taking omeprazole for Acid reflux I have been trying to cut down on the tablet I took daily and once managed 5 days without it recently, the result being NO diarhea I am getting back to normal just taking it every other day 😊
