WEEK 7 RUN 2 ✔✔
Week 7 Run 2 wow... that was my hardest run yet. I think my weekend of excessive drinking and late nights really didn't help after all my body is a temple 🤣🤣 I nearly gave up half way through but did a 3 minute 'barely a joggle' to catch my breath. Any ideas on how to prevent that horrible phlegm

Feeling unwell after starting Medication
Started meds last Monday (450 iu meriofert and 0.5ml buserelin per day) and two days in having very bad nausea, painful bloated stomach, feeling extremely tired and spaced out. I don't remember feeling like this last time. Is this normal? Should I be concerned 🙁 Is it a high dosage? Xx

TBI…Where is my life going!
I am totally losing track of time, days even weeks and years! My partner of 21 years died last year. He was my carer and although my symptoms have not changed. I have realised that my life is racing ahead and I am stuck at home 90% off the time. My family and friends are a few people who do the best

TBI. I have overcome any trauma in my life and yet I can not beat this!
Hi. I am new on here! In 2009 I was mugged and attacked and it left me with a TBI. I had bleeding and swelling on the brain which was missed on my first MRI. Having been through years of being misdiagnosed and not being listened too, my treatment has been delayed at every stage. I am permanently disabled

Nefopam
Has anybody tried nefpam for IBS pain? My GP has just prescribed them but I'm worried about nausea/vomiting. I've tried all kinds, pregagbin, mitazapine, amitriptyline, tramadol(makes me vomit), nothing seems to take away the constant pain

Euthanasia and Echinacea
Garshe shared the story of the above and I now have to tell the tale of Princess Diana's funeral when a friend of mine's family gathered together to watch the ceremony live on TV with all the pomp and ceremonial grandeur. Traumatic brain injury
Hi everyone, I am new here and would just like to find out what other people do that have similar issues as me. I have a traumatic brain injury from a car accident in 2006 which I shouldn't have survived. I have a few issues as a result of this, the worst one being I get agitated easily and I often shout

Pain doesn't kill, but.........!!!
it is dambed difficult to live with.😏 I have upped my pred (7mg instead of 4 mg). I have PMR and Seronegative Polyarthritis (it's inflammatory). I will stay at 7mg for a month this time (PMRpro will be amazed)😊, then I'll reduce VERY slowly. Just feeling exhausted and "touchy". Needed a rant.👵🏻

Any experience/advice re drug storage (TCZ) when electricity off & no fridge due to power cut please?
My first post, be kind, I’m maybe just overthinking…. Does anyone have experience/advice on Drug storage when Electricity goes off so that biological injections aren’t rendered unusable please? Power cuts happen regularly during winter as we live in a village ‘in the sticks’ or the ‘wilds of wannee’

Sigmoidoscopy
Anyone had a sigmoidoscopy? I believe it's not as bad as a colonoscopy. I'm having it this Saturday but am so scared. I've requested to be sedated but reading people's views on sedation for colonoscopy procedure it seems it's such a light sedation that it does nothing. I want to cancel but I've been

Oral Morphine
I was prescribed oral morphine after my second hip replacement did not go well. I found that oral morphine did little to relieve my pain and caused chronic constipation. Sorry, not to be more encouraging.

Availability Levothyroxine Brands
Hi, I have an allergy to acacia and have been taking the brand Aristo for some time as it has no Acacia or Lactose. Its becoming almost impossible to source this brand myself as most pharmacies are now sent Teva from their suppliers. What options are their that I could try as its coming to the point

I am bipolar 2 with ptsd from being in an explosion and GAD. When my best friend, it will be two years next month, died of cancer I immediately got IBS and had been suffering aches throughout the night practically every night..
