Feeling unwell after starting Medication

Started meds last Monday (450 iu meriofert and 0.5ml buserelin per day) and two days in having very bad nausea, painful bloated stomach, feeling extremely tired and spaced out. I don't remember feeling like this last time. Is this normal? Should I be concerned 🙁 Is it a high dosage? Xx

Hi Littlepeax. The medication you are taking has an effect on the pituitary gland in your brain and can give rise to headaches and nausea. The meriofert can cause bloatedness as follicles start to grow on your ovaries. Make sure you drink plenty of water and don't get constipated. Your next scan will show up what is happening with your ovaries. Good luck! Diane
