Early Christmas Gift š
I had a real blessing last night!I dreamed about my late grandmother (who was British and helped to raise me). As I saw her, we walked toward each other and she had a big precious smile on her face! Before I reached her, I knew it was a dream, but I woke up with such JOY ššš She loved the holidays

colonoscopy fear.
Can anyone tell me why you canāt have a general anaesthetic to have a colonoscopy? I have asked the Doctor this and he said well you can be sedated. But this is not what I want. He said they need you slightly awake to listen to their instructions to move your leg etc. I think this is rubbish.America

Need help please to manage one more sympton
Thank you collogues, for your sharings, that have helped me physically, emotionally and mentally. I am a 70-year-old male diagnosed with PD last Nov 22. After trial and error with some medicines, I settled, from early Jan 23, on Sifrol with 6 tablets per day (0.18mg). This produced the magic I was praying

Has anyone ever been abroad before and came back with diarrhea? I actually managed to get through 12 hour flights and 3 weeks in Brazil with only a couple of bad episodes .. thanks to Imodium helping me through. The day we were due to fly my stomach was so bad which was not unusual for me with anxiety

Prednislone and Anxiety
I've been reducing from 20mg pred since November 2022, currently on 11mg. Since Christmas I have had episodes of extreme anxiety, depression, mood swings and tearfulness. My Rheumy this morning suggested swapping to Betamethasone which does not cross the blood/brain barrier. However, when I researched

Ablation recovery
My husband had a cardiac ablation 10 days ago . On discharge he wasn't given any information other than rest. We don't know what recovery looks like? He is extremely tired after just a little bit of exertion eg he folded up his clothes and tidied his wardrobe yesterday, calmly, slowly. And was then exhausted

How long till the dripping tap causes the bucket to overflow?
Iāve been going pretty well on my three weekly TCZ injections and have managed to get down to 0.5mgs pred after a couple of hiccups ā¦ itās taken over 2 years to get here. I remained on 0.75mgs for 3 weeks, timed with TCZ dose, but now Iām really nervous about the next drop. I feel fine, should I drop

My story so far-So after my egg retrieval I had to get both tubes removed because of hydrosalpinx. Had to wait for two bleeds before starting FET. Transfer day was yesterday the 29th of March. I had two 5d embryos transferred. Because I'm over 40 the doctor suggested two. I have had backpain since
