Are we here on this forum to discuss about totally balanced diet/nutrition diet or just to eat a SPECIAL diet + safe medication/exercise so

I am diabetic two since last 3 years. My BS n PP was 90 & 107 resp. & HbA1c was 5.5. I am not taking any tablet & controlling by diet etc.

Please suggest me LCHF food in vegetarian.

sugar dropped to LOW. so stopped all drugs and insulin. now after a week tested for p/pp it is 240/410.pl reccommend which tabs but no insul
