Do you mix the strawberries with any other low carb. fruit or are they on their own? :-)

Raspberries too, and with cream.

That sounds good. Are they mixed like in a parfait? :-)

No, I just wash and trim them and drizzle with loads of cream. The fat in the cream slows down the absorption of carbs in the fruit, and it becomes more naughty but nice!

Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, purpleberries

Do you mix each berry together or eat them separately? :-)

I tend to have a single portion of just one type of berry. Personally I am no fan of four strawberry halves, three raspberries and half-a -dozen blueberries. I usually have them as they come, occasionally with plain yogurt and very, very occasionally (once or twice per annum)with double cream!

No mixing, just strawberries and a little whip cream or vanilla yogurt

Both ways sounds good. I like strawberries with and without yogurt/cottage cheese. πŸ˜€πŸ‘

For me, papaya is the best to eat a healthy fruit and yet to control blood sugar.

Papaya is a good idea. Do you have it on its own or mixed in with other food?πŸ˜€πŸ‘

I have papaya on its own. For variety, I sometimes mix in a few pineapple pieces, or drizzle lemon juice on the papaya.

That's good. I've never added pepper to fruit. Does it add extra flavor to the fruit? :-)
