Why is the ladies finger water not been populared can we get any doctors advise on this

Norreal I think i hv read some of yr posts and faintly remember u r in US. I visited Turkey in summers. Practically every house had long garlands made out of okra and hanging out on their balconies, doors, windows as winters are too cold there. In Nigeria they wash and chop the okra into small pices and then sundry them. They grind the dried okra in a small mixer and use the powder to make soup. During rainy season it is extremely handy. This is added in mutton, chicken, fish to thicken the stew and also in lentils. The soup with some chillies is used as an accompaniment with beer! Each one's system responds differently. Try for a few days and see. I also chop and freeze okra as it helps me a lot.
Some studies are being developed targeting okra extract as remedy to manage diabetes.
