calcium and vitamin D
I was told to buy
Vitamin
D
3000iu and I take it daily ( vitD3 & K2) Having read stuff on this brilliant forum I also bought calcium citrate. I take 1 tablet which is 250mgs and try to eat a calcium rich diet. I was just wondering what the experts current advice was regarding these supplements?

Vitamin D and Magnesium
I've got low
vitamin
D
and one of my symptoms is severe anxiety and panic attacks. Not sure if these are related. Someone suggested taking magnesium alongside
vitamin
D
to help with the panic and anxiety. Has anyone had any luck with magnesium citrate helping with anxiety?

Take nothing after Evenity
My consultant is now suggesting I take nothing, just
Vitamin
D
, will I hold on to the gains with just
Vitamin
D
? I thought we had to have something to keep the gains.

Vitamin D
I’ve managed to raise my
Vitamin
D
from 60 to 110 by taking for three months 3000 IU D3 with 100 mg K2. I’ve just begun to have unpleasant almost daily diarrhoea which I can only put down to the D3 - although it’s odd that it’s taken 3 months to become an issue.

Request for experiences with Vitamin D
If anyone of you would be willing to share your personal experience with
Vitamin
D
that would be appreciated. All good with what is thought to be true in the medicial field I am well versed in that angle. I have taken D3 with K2 and the results were not definitive so I discontinued.

He said calcium and
Vitamin

levels were good on my last blood test and the DEXA scan last year was ok but if I was worried I could have another DEXA in a years time.

Vitamin D Results
My latest
Vitamin
D
result is 143. No range given. I have been taking 5000 iu for the past year (health issues including hospital stay last year.) Should I be reducing the dose now that the weather is (hopefully) getting better? Thanks for any advice.

Atril Fibrilation
I don’t usually get any problems, couple of months I started mild Af ,now coming more often and wondering if blood thinners can be the problem or
vitamin
D
spray? I should not be taking it it has an additive which I avoid but too expensive to t hrow away.
