I'm on a seemingly never ending journey to fix my health and the latest focus is getting my vitamin D levels up to combat anxiety symptoms. My vitamin D level is currently 60.4 nmol/L (up from 18 nmol/L back in 2021) and I am aiming to get to around 100 nmol/L
The grassroots online dosing calculator suggests 10,000 IU over 3 months or 25,000 IU over 5 days (I started to take 4000 IU back in July when I noticed my levels were poor).
My question is, my 4000 IU tabs include vitamin K2 however I'm finding it difficult to find high doses of vitamin D that also contain K2. Do I need to purchase K2 separately will i am dosing up?
Any clarity would be great!

It went up from 35.5 to 60.6 but i had started taking vitamin D supplements a few weeks before the blood test so hard to say exactly.
I'd really like to do the loading phase as the anxiety symptoms are horrible and if this rids me of them then my quality of life will improve dramatically I think. it's been so bad I've booked an appointment with my GP to discuss going on anti anxiety meds for some short term relief...I know this is a slippery slope but I'm exhausted by it all
Just to add, i do take 440mg of magnesium citrate each evening around 9pm (at the same time i take my zinc supplement)
I use Bare Biologys' Beam & Balance mouth spray which is 4,000iu per 3 sprays. I actually need a little more than that as have genes affecting my use of vit D. It also contains K2 and is in coconut oil for better absorption.
