Vitamin D levels
Hi guys, have a blood test at my GP tomorrow morning after I sent a message about getting my Vit D, Folate, Ferritin, B12 etc tested Is it the case now that if deficient, GPs won't treat? My levels a couple of years ago were 16 so very deficient Just worried if it comes back that low again, that GP

I am reading that Cal & Vit D during ATD will also cause cardiovascular problems. I take 1500MG plus D daily. plus weight lifting & cardio. What to do?

Low vitamin d high serum ferritin
Due to a constant chronic cough he recently had a blood test which showed low
vitamin
D
levels of 45 and high serum ferritin levels of 936. He has been referred back to haematology but in the meantime just wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a link between these two readings.

Ultrasound and Vitamin D
I also asked whether there are any vitamins that I can take, he has prescribed a high level
Vitamin
D
tablet as my Homocysteine levels were also triple what they should be. He has advised to take the tablet weekly. Any advice and reassurance would be really helpful. Thank you.

Vitamin D Deficiency
His blood results are essentially normal apart from a low level of 25-OH
Vitamin
D
. He eats well and gets plenty of sunshine. Should we use tablets to try and increase his
Vitamin
D
levels?

any tips/advice
I have recently started taking some supplements like lions mane,
vitamin
d
, a B complex, ashwagandha and N-acetyl cysteine. I’m gluten and dairy free and a vegetarian. I think Im relatively fit but probably could do with losing a round 6/7 lbs.

Now I feel like they'll put all my symptoms that I still have (obviously) down to the low
vitamin

. Which I know it won't be causing them!
