Updated blood tests for Thyroid and Vitamins.

It's been a while since I've posted on here but wanted some further advice on what I should do next with both my thyroid and vitamins.

My latest results are

LH = 5.7

FSH = 2.8

Estradiol = 305

TSH = 0.25 (0.35-5.50)

Free T4 = 14.2 (10-20)

Free T3 = 4.9 (3.5-6.5)

Vitamin D = 68.1 (20-50?)

Calcium = 2.28 (2.20-2.60)

Corrected Calcium = 2.38 (2.20-2.60)

Phosphate (Serum) = 1.02 (2.5-4.5)

Albumin = 43 (34-48)

Alkaline Phosphatase = 83 (35-104)

Serum Folate = 3.70 (4.60-18.70)

Serum Vitamin B12 = 417 (>183)

Serum Iron = 7.7 (13-150)

Iron Saturation = 11 (15-40)

Transferrin = 2.74 (2.0-3.6)

Haemoglobin = 131 (115-165)

RBC = 4.35 (3.80-5.80)

HCT = 0.38 (0.37-0.47)

MCV = 88.3 (84 - 105)

MCH = 30.1 (27-32)

MCHC = 340 (305-350)

RDW = 14.0 (11.5-14.5)

WBC = 10.4 (4-11)

NEUT = 5.1 (1.8-7.5)

LYMPH = 4.4 (1-4)

MONO = 0.6 (0.2-0.8)

EOS = 0.1 (0.0-0.4)

BASO = 0.1 (0.0-0.1)

PLT = 271 (150-450)

My TSH level continues to rise slowly. In October it was 0.10, In December it was 0.18 and in February it was 0.25. My FT3 and FT4 levels have remained within range for over a year and i'm not currently taking any medication and am classed as subclinical Hyperthyroid but do also have Graves and Hashimotos.

The only medication I take at the moment is 40g Fluoxetine daily.

Any advice is greatly appreciated
