Even without estradiol I'm a little concerned that they will continue to grow. But, I sure would like to try something that's been proven effective mitigating hot flashes.

Started transdermal estradiol (0.0375 mg) in November 2023 to counter negative effects of ADT (relugolix and abiraterone) on bone density. Increased the estradiol to 0.075 mg in January 2024 which accelerated my gynecomastia.

🤷‍♀️ Scan today ( 10 days on estradiol )and lining too thin 5.6 mmm so need to move transfer 😢 Have another scan Monday to check but is there anything that helps 😩😩😩

Got check for Estradiol in blood which showed 36.5pg. Is it possible with such low T levels following Orchidectomy that Estradiol would be so high?

just switched from estradiol patch to generic estratest (EEMT) . Also on Synthroid. Does anyone know how soon I should recheck thyroid levels after making the change. I know that oral EEMT can affect thyroid levels. I am feeling so much more fatigued .

Does anyone have any experience with estradiol patches? For my previous FET I was only on tablets, but this time they've also added 2 patches that need changing every 48 hours. where do you stick them?

Hi Everyone My husband (diagnosed November 2013 see bio ) November 2023 prescribed 2nd generation Xtandi as Zoladex injections became castrate resistent, he has no mets. The full dose became intolerable so Onc lowered it to 2 x 80mg, things were going ok psa was dropping good, then started to slow

My husband is on week 2 of the Estradiol 0.39 mg patch for hot flushes. I'm wondering how long it takes for them to work ( if they do ) . He had terrible hot flushes last night and we are curious how long it can take to notice if these are doing anything ?

I had a lot of issues with thin lining in my previous FET, ended up increasing estradiol to 10mg and introducing patches. My lining still only just got to 7mm and we transferred really late in the cycle (something like CD32).

I know this was discussed 8 years ago but has it changed for the better regarding reducing the ADT SE? I am on ADT for 2 + years and going on Xtandti this month. I want to control the SE as best I can. Great diet and heavy exercise every day. Also stopped the Vit Cal & D.

After relative quiescence for the last three years on XTANDI and five years on estradiol patches for ADT, PSA jumped from .9 to 4.2 from July to October. CTPETPSMA scan found three bone Mets. The only pain I’ve ever experienced due to what may be from PCa is in now in my lower back.

I’ve just started my first ever FET cycle and it’s currently day 5 of the estradiol tablets. Anyone else on a FET cycle now? Since the 2nd day I’ve been so incredibly hungry all the time! I eat and then an hour later I’m STARVING again where normally I could go without eating for 4-5 hours.

I started estradiol 2/day (6mg) and am also doing an immune protocol with 10mg prednisone and 150mg baby aspirin. They advised me to come in for an ultrasound at cd14 to check lining but that seems late...especially bc my cycles have been shorter lately. Should I be going in earlier?
