Even without estradiol I'm a little concerned that they will continue to grow. But, I sure would like to try something that's been proven effective mitigating hot flashes.

🤷‍♀️ Scan today ( 10 days on estradiol )and lining too thin 5.6 mmm so need to move transfer 😢 Have another scan Monday to check but is there anything that helps 😩😩😩

I can show him the PATCH trial, but that talks about high dosage, is there any research published on some reputable source that talks about estradiol used just for symptoms? I know that some of you are way more informed than me about this matter.

MO won’t prescribe Estradiol and has instead proposed cuyproterone. Tall Allen, do you have any comments on this. Many thanks

This time is a frozen embryo transfer, and I have started estradiol (Progynova) twice a day. This feels like our first round of IVF where I'm not having to do injections! So, that's a positive. Got my fingers crossed for this round. Feeling very hopeful. 🙂

just switched from estradiol patch to generic estratest (EEMT) . Also on Synthroid. Does anyone know how soon I should recheck thyroid levels after making the change. I know that oral EEMT can affect thyroid levels. I am feeling so much more fatigued .

Got check for Estradiol in blood which showed 36.5pg. Is it possible with such low T levels following Orchidectomy that Estradiol would be so high?

I am currently using alendronate and .025 Estradiol patch twice weekly with 1200mg calcium/D3 daily, and weekly Vit K, w/ a bit of iron. I think I need to jump to Zometa or denosumab soon. (Currently also using lupron and nubeqa for HSPC or CRPC)

Started transdermal estradiol (0.0375 mg) in November 2023 to counter negative effects of ADT (relugolix and abiraterone) on bone density. Increased the estradiol to 0.075 mg in January 2024 which accelerated my gynecomastia.

My husband is on week 2 of the Estradiol 0.39 mg patch for hot flushes. I'm wondering how long it takes for them to work ( if they do ) . He had terrible hot flushes last night and we are curious how long it can take to notice if these are doing anything ?

Next was Xtandi and it failed after 9 months, l also dabbled with Estradiol low dose patches which helped my well being, bones etc., I also had an orhciectomy. l am now 72 and doing 10 rounds of doxcetaxal after Ct Scan showed cancer advanced to belly lymph nodes. Bone scan clear.
