Luteinizing hormone (LH) test

I do have a regular cycle again now and have all symptoms of ovulation and positive LH test and every month around 4 days after ovulation, I start spotting. It isn’t alot only very slight mixed with some discharge and then I start getting cramps up until my period.

I have taken few ovulation tests, just curious on how my body is doing and I'm saying very very low LH levels. In one test it came out to be 0. Is this something normal? This is all very new to me so I want to make it make sense.

I can’t remember what my clinic told me regarding ovulation testing for natural frozen transfer, is it peak or first positive LH test they want?

If it is when LH starts to rise that (which is what the Clearblue test measures) then the 'surge' was Sunday, and if it is the peak/when the two lines on the LH strip are the same colour then it was Monday. This will determine when the transfer is and I don't want to get the timing wrong!
