Copper deficiency/ Low D
I went to a naturopath to have some extensive bloodwork done. My thoughts were perhaps there is an underlying problem with my blood causing me to have had breast cancer at age 45 and MS at age 53. Although I take 2,000 of D3 with K2, my serum D level is 45, which this lab reads as deficient (my other

Low zinc in autoimmune atrophic gastritis
Is having low zinc and high copper typical of autoimmune atrophic gastritis? Does the gastritis affect zinc absorption in particular or is it not correlated? Thanks

3 Months post viral meningitis
I’ve been a member for a few months now, trying to get advice from others or just to read everyone else’s stories. Here’s mine... The end of May I noticed I had swollen glands in the back of my neck and a bad headache. Took some ibuprofen and forgot about it. A few days later I was having neck pain along

what has helped you feel more energetic on top of the Levothyroxine??
Hello, I was wondering if anyone is on extra thyroid support apart from Levothyroxine? I’d love to try t3 but I’m trying for a baby so I don’t think it’s safe. But I want a good thyroid support, something with selenium and zinc maybe? Just feel so tired and down all the time. Xx

HM training week8 day2 - tempo run
The watch has seems to have sorted itself out and has recorded everything correctly today, though I did notice it paused itself WHILE I was running! And not during zone 2, it was during zone 4 ... I will probably end up resetting it, but I want to see what Polar say IF they ever answer my email. Phoning

Hi I am 28weeks pregnant and have restless legs and arms at night for about 6 weeks now. I am averaging 2-3 hours sleep, if that a night. My thyroid is within normal parameters according to doctors. I asked for further tests as I feel no better after being on 100mcg since November. My test results came back today. Doctor rang and said I tested positive for antibodies, but they’ve lost results for zinc, iron T3 (I think) cholesterol. He
