Hello, Can someone please help with my blood tests results I had at Blue Horizon? My consultant says they are fine but I am disappointed with the low free T3 & T4 but he doesn't seem concerned. Feeling ill after 1st "long" run?
Hi there! I was so proud to have been able to complete the 20min of week 5 yesterday, but the aftermath has been pretty horrific. I am assuming it's dehydration (which is weird in itself as I am a big water drinker), or just exhaustion but would love some thoughts? After coming back for the run I went

Vitamin supplements
We, at age 72, are very interested in supporting our daily diet with effective vitamins. D3 (actually a hormone!) K2, zinc, B12 etc. There is very interesting info available online. Would like to know much more in one place. Thanks to you all at Health Unlocked ~ it's a great resource. Thanks, Sally

Neuropathy
Some people on the forum have been asking about neuropathy lately. The combination of 4 things should take care of most forms of this problem. Alpha lipoic acid, B12, magnesium and zinc.

Eat fish to help protect yourself from COVID-19?
Many of the older religions include ritual practices that just happen to help their adherents survive plagues. Jews, for example, adopted ritual hand-washing and weekly baths which helped them survive the many plagues of the Middle Ages. Both traditional Jews and Catholics tend to eat fish on Fridays

My persistent mystery cough stopped in 3 days by nebulizing food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)
I've been suspecting that I've been exposed to Covid-19 for over a month now. I have no concrete way of verifying that because I can't be tested without qualifying symptoms. It all started with a diarrhea, headache (lower back of the head), feeling off, shoulder blade pain, but absolutely no fever.

Latest Update - Post Surgery during Pandemic
Hi All, Just thought I'd post an update. I ended up opting for the double mastectomy, and had the surgery on St. Patrick's Day (March 17th). Considering the hospital was already in COVID-19 lockdown mode, I'm glad I went ahead with the surgery since now most surgeries are postponed. Also the plastic

MELATONIN FOR COVID-19 / Part 1
One possible problem for moderate to severe Covid-19 patients is the potential for significant damage to the lungs and possibly other organs like the liver based on what is being seen in patients. At this point, treatment options to try and prevent, repair or ameliorate this damage is very limited and
